The second-generation office for a growing non-profit is a full 10,000sf floor plate in midtown Manhattan. The program of private offices, open workstations, kitchen, conference, and reception is layered from perimeter to interior. The private offices are glass-enclosed to allow maximum natural light to reach the open work stations on the interior of the space.
