Made in Philly, Finished in Brooklyn. This prefabricated commercial building will bring nearly 10,000sf of office space to East Williamsburg. Located 2 blocks from the Morgan Avenue L train stop, the 4-story building is assembled from 9 modular boxes, fabricated in Philadelphia, PA. The modular boxes are skinned with vertical oriented angular aluminum extrusion which alternate direction every floor and exposure, creating a subtle checkerboard texture wrapping around the building.
